Dr. Girjesh Kain (Chairman & CEO)

Dr. Girjesh Kain, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and a Promoter of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from GR Medical college Gwalior and a doctor of medicine degree in ophthalmology (MS), from the NSCB medical College Jabalpur MP. He completed a Phacoemulsification fellowship from Aravind Eye Hospital Coimbatore TN.

He has over 14 years of experience as an ophthalmic surgeon.

Dr. Girjesh is a pioneer in propagating the technique of Topical Phacoemulsification (stitchless cataract surgery without injection) in UP. He has received numerous awards and distinctions for his contribution to Ophthalmology. He has been recognised globally with their presentations in various national and international Conferences.

Dr. Girjesh has been active in imparting surgical training to the ophthalmic community. He has over 4 published articles and 28 presentations to his credit.

Dr. Girjesh is an active contributor of articles on eye health in mass media for the benefit of the general public also.

Dr Megha Srivastava (Executive Director)

Dr Megha Srivastava is an Executive Director and a Promoter of our Company. She is masters in dental surgery (Oral & Maxillofacial Radiologist), MBA( Health care Services) She did fellowship in forensic odontology from Dharwad Karnataka. She is a member of INDIAN ASSOCIATION OF PALLIATIVE CARE.

Dr Ramesh Kumar (Managing Director)

Dr Ramesh Kumar had a postgraduate in Public Health from Salus University, USA.

Had operational and clinical work experience. I have designed and implemented community level programs like school screening and Industrial screening.As a faculty, trained more than 30 ophthalmic assistant and optometry students.

Dr Faryad Ali (Medical Superintendent)

Dr Faryad Ali Has done his graduation in medical field from Muzaffarpur UP. As a Medical superintendent he supervise the everyday operations of healthcare facilities,he focus on improving the quality of patient care with excellent administrative skills

Mr. Yogesh Kain (Business Processes & IT)

Mr. Yogesh Kain is the Director Business Processes and Information Technology of our Company.

He is currently responsible for our supply chain and IT functions and plays a key role in organizing and improving care delivery mechanisms.

Mr. Dev Chaudhari (Director Operations)

Mr. Dev Chaudhari serves as Director of operations. Mr. Dev Chaudhari is responsibly engaged in planning, directing, and evaluating all medical activities & facilities at Oracle Eyecare. He serves as liaison between the clinical staff and the recipients of healthcare services. Mr Chaudhari actively works with the goal of boosting economical and efficient performance of our medical team while delivering high-quality patient services.

Mr. Ashish Sharma (Sr. VP Finance and Accounts )

Graduated in commerce and Diploma in System Audit from Institute of charted accountants of INDIA and Completed Fellow Chartered Accountancy internship from from Institute of charted accountants, INDIA

He is competent pool of professionals like Company Secretaries , IT Professionals , Lawyers, Cost Accountants etc. on assignment basis to provide cutting edge solutions to our clients. He is involved in almost every facet in finance right from operational finance to corporate finance, treasury, strategy, financial planning and so on. As a member of senior leadership team he has been directly involved in guiding the strategy and execution of the Group's business plans in the healthcare domain.

Mr. Murari Lal (Sr VP Marketing)

Director Sales and Marketing  actively spearheads all Brand, Marketing and Sales activities at Oracle Eyecare to achieve its vision of being the most admired healthcare centre, he had been instrumental in driving innovative initiatives in the area of Marketing Communications, Domestic and International Sales.

The marketing sector Plans, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs and identify potential customers. He Develops strategies with the goal of maximising the patients satisfaction.

Mr. Kuldeep Singh Thakur (Director Human Resources )

Mr. Kuldeep Singh Thakur He is science graduate from Rohilkhand University Bareilly and works as Human Resource (HR) Manager involved with recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues etc.

Miss. Shreya Srivastava (Media & News Person )

Miss. Shreya Srivastava is graduate in Animation & Visual effects from Dehradun UK and had worked in various companies for mass media, journalism and as Graphic Designer in  NIIT Technologies Ltd, Sharda University and E-Virtual Services.

The mass media helps in spreading awareness among health workers and general public by educating them. Considering the fact that face to face channels of communications reaches large no. Of people, thus serving society with newer trends at oracle eye care.

Adv. S K Seth (Legal Advisor )

Adv s.k seth is accountable for taking the day to day legal responsibilities and provides legal advice that includes all the aspects of the analysis, investigation and drafting process.

Mr. seth handles a multitude of responsibilities, providing support in discrete legal issues by advising the organisation, drafting undertakings and structuring remedies for the relevant issues.
